Is the Focus T25 Workout The New Insanity Workout?

Beachbody has done it yet again with the Focus T25 workout! They first brought us Insanity. The crazy hard workout that made you almost want to quit within just the warmup, but afterwards you feel like a champion like never before. Once you got past that warmup and dug deeper you found yourself actually craving this insane workout! Then they stepped it up with Insanity Asylum where they were more focusing on speed and agility. More like sports training and for a beach volleyball player like me it was shocking how much my game changed when I started applying it! I was jumping higher, running faster and seriously loved the effects on my abs. So when they announced the new Focus T25 workout I was thinking “ How could they possibly step it up again?!” Well they did it! The Focus T25 workout is here to rock your socks off, but in HALF the time! It goes through very similar moves as Insanity and Asylum so yes you can expect the same fat blasting results as well! With this bootcamp style interval training you’ll be counting the seconds while you work HARD, but you’ll be counting the pounds as they come flying off like never before. Focus T25 workout gets you the same result, just in only 25 minutes a day 5 days a week! What?!

What’s The Difference Between Focus T25 Workout and Insanity?

If you want the same lean fit looking results that you get from Insanity, but in half the time then the Focus T25 workout is your program. Where Insanity is 45-70 minutes long, 6 days a week. Focus T25 workout is only 25 minutes a day, five days a week. That’s it! But you better be prepared to DIG DEEPER! They don’t call it “Focus” T25 for no reason. Stay fully focused, try not to puke, and push through the 25 minute workout and you WILL watch your waist line shrink, your abs start to separate and that fit body you’ve always wanted will become yours! Yea that’s right! Our Focus T25 workout is the perfect workout to get it done and get out! You get more time to spend with your family, go out and have fun, or just to simply “squeeze” into our crazy daily lives. I don’t know about you, but sometimes putting an hour aside every day can be very difficult. I’ve always got 25 minutes to spare. Plus it’s only 5 days a week. Woo hoo that another “rest day” to put on my calendar! Oh and I do love my rest days. But listen up cause here’s the trick. You need to FOCUS for 25 minutes. That means bring it all and leave nothing behind. You had better be dragging on the floor when you’re done, but walk away knowing that you just kicked royal butt! I’m telling you there’s no greater feeling than knowing you just gave it your all. Focus T25 Workout Has Three Phases

Unlike Insanity workouts, which have two phases or two months of workouts, the Focus T25 workout has three phases. They walk down greek row. The phases are Alpha, Beta and Gamma. Alpha phase focuses more on resistance and cardio. The Beta phase is more centralized on your core and Gamma phase is more resistance and agility. Rumor Mill: Gamma phase is very similar to Insanity Asylum and as time goes they will launch additional phases to add on…. but again so far that’s just rumor. I guess well have to wait and see in June 2013 just exactly what the Focus T25 workouts are all about. All I can say is I’ve never been so excited about a workout program before!
