How To Drink More Water

Water is your best friend when it comes to health and fitness.

It’s what keeps your muscles hydrated and flexible.

It reduces bloating…yes ladies we hate that!

Most people want to drink around a gallon of water a day, but if you want to be more specific then you should drink about half you body weight in ounces of water a day.

that means if you weigh 150 pounds then you should drinking at least 75 ounces of water a day.

How the heck am I going to do that?!

Well it’s actually a little easier than you think you follow these tips…

1) Carry a gallon water jug with you EVERYWHERE.

2) Drink 2 glasses of water before you eat…even snacks!

3) Every time you think about drinking water…do it!

4) Don’t just sip your water! Gulp it down.

5) Exercise! That will cause your thirst to go up! Just make sure you grab the water during and after!

6) I.V.

7) Water shots! Shots shot shots! EVERYBODY!
