Insanity 60 Day Challenge: Day 1

So I’m back at it again! After a big relationship breakup followed by moving all of a sudden my P90X/INSANITY Hybrid took the brunt of everything. My consistency with my workouts and nutrition went down the toilet and I was left with a lot of unappreciated effort. So after a big talk with my coach I decided to scrap it and start all over.





Today marked Day 1 of my 60 day INSANITY Challenge and I couldn’t be more prepared for it! This time around I am super organized and highly prepared with everything. My workout went good. It was hard to get back into the rhythm. I felt nautilus a few times and was ready to quit, but I thought about how I would feel if I did. I would feel like CRAP! So no I kept pushing forward and made it through the whole thing! Feels great to be back on track and I am sure that this time around there will be no stopping me!

Now as for nutrition I am extremely prepared for this. I have laid out everything I wil be eating in way that I can’t lose. First I looked through the INSANITY Nutrition Guide and picked out 5 meals a day for the next four days. Then I wrote a grocery list for ONLY the items needed for these meals. I went to the grocery store and in a quick 20 minutes and purchased only the items on my list. I wrote out what options for what meals in the day on a sheet of paper and stuck it to my fridge. Now every 3-4 hours i walk to the fridge, look at the list and make the meal option I have chosen previously. This way I can ONLY eat whats in the INSANITY Nutrition Guide! Its perfect!

Nutrition has always been my down fall. In the past if Im lucky I will eat what suggested in the guide of the program Im doing BUT I wouldn’t eat every 3-4 hours and I often wouldn’t eat enough. Not this time baby! Ive got all the food under control and I’m ready to rock n roll!
