Reading Food Labels

Reading food labels can be VERY confusing!

Determining whats good and bad can be very tricky! Watching for food labels can make

the difference between Fat or Fit!

So here’s your quicky lesson about how to read them:

1) Theyre labled in order from the most to the least. You want to see ingredients like whole grain or whole wheat FIRST on the list.

2) Also look at the other ingredients and avoid items like the above

“modified corn starch” “sugar” “salt”

3) Don’t believe everything it says on the cover of the box. It may say “whole wheat” but often times it only has a few bit of whole wheat followed but lots of unhealthy bleached white ingredients.
