That means no more guys gawking, people smelling and just think of all the germs!! Aaaaaaah! Can’t ask for better from my own home!

Les Mills Pump has 3 days a week of lifting weights with a barbell along with 3 days a week doing outside activity. This is means 3 days a week I grab my little wiener dog Vienna and take her for a power walk at the beach. I so enjoy the sunlight and fresh air….plus my dog couldn’t be happier! <3
